Mortgage Loan Officer Education and Leadership
At Stratton Equities, we focus on setting up our mortgage loan officer team on the fast track to produce. We do periodic reviews of calls, files, and submissions and help you improve step by step. We do a weekly full file review to help you understand how to make a specific deal happen.
